Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai is confident that he's going to prove to be a real acid test for his next opponent at ONE Fight Night 27. The Thai knockout artist has been competing at the top of the bantamweight Muay Thai division for some time.
He has proven that whilst he has been unable to beat top contenders like Nabil Anane and Nong-O in recent times, he's still a serious threat to the majority of the division.
At ONE Friday Fights 81, he made this clear once again by stopping Suablack Tor Pran49 in the third round to return to the win column. His upcoming foe has also been recording knockout wins as of late after announcing his arrival in the division.
Former ONE bantamweight MMA world champion John Lineker has stepped into Muay Thai where he has finished both Asa Ten Pow and Alexey Balyko to open his account.

Before their meeting at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on January. 10, Kulabdam spoke about how in his opinion, Lineker won't look as impressive in this fight due to the difference in skill level:
"Yes, of course. It's going to be different because I'm pretty sure my skills in Muay Thai are better than both of his opponents."

Kulabdam needs to use this to his advantage
Kulabdam is a dangerous competitor and whilst his history of knockouts speaks for itself, the same can be said for John Lineker.
The Brazilian has a marauding style that makes him incredibly effective in Muay Thai when he's able to consistently walk down his opponents and put them on the back foot. For Kulabdam, utilizing his experience and his more well-rounded Muay Thai skillset will be absolutely crucial in this fight.
He needs to prove why he's a seasoned contender and why Lineker is a new arrival in the division.
