Conor Cooke vs. Mason Shaw took place at BKFC Coventry on Aug.10 at The Skydome Arena in Coventry, UK. The cruiserweight attraction didn't disappoint, as it was an entertaining display of strength that will make a strong argument for 'Da Crook' to headline a future card.
Cooke entered the fight with a 2-1 professional record following his loss to Dawid Oskar, which was the first loss of his career.
Shaw, on the other hand, was the more experienced of the two as he enterted the bout with a professional record of 6-5-1 and looked to get back in the win colum after losing his previous bout to Matty Hodgson.

Cooke made quick work of Shaw as he was a lot more tactical with his strikes and opened up a cut on his left eye. He walked him down with constant pressure and continued to gain confidence with his successful combinations. 'Da Crook' then dropped with a perfectly timed right-hand and earned a first-round after his opponent was unable to answer the 10-count.
