Following Round 3, Alvarez's corner made the decision, resulting in Stephens being declared the winner by TKO (corner stoppage).
In the co-main event, champion Mick Terrill attempted his second BKFC heavyweight title defense against former UFC fighter Ben Rothwell, who put his undefeated BKFC record on the line.
Rothwell, the bigger man, started with body jabs while Terrill attempted to counter with punches from above. An accidental eye poke from Rothwell led to a brief pause in the action. When the action resumed, Rothwell delivered a powerful right-hand counter that knocked Terrill out as he lunged forward with a left hand.
The decisive moment of the fight arrived at the 0:36 mark of Round 1, and Rothwell emerged as the new BKFC heavyweight champion.
In the featured bout on the main card, women's flyweight contenders Taylor Starling and Bec Rawlings engaged in a five-round battle. Although Starling had moments of success throughout the fight, 'Rowdy' was the aggressor and consistently landed the more impactful strikes.
By the end of Round 5, Starling showed significantly more cosmetic damage, while Rawlings remained relatively unscathed. The judges scored the contest in Rawling's favor, declaring her the winner by unanimous decision.
