Former boxing champion Tony Bellew slams Tyson Fury’s illusion of victory against UFC champion Jon Jones

Tyson Fury's belief that "no man born from his mother" could beat him in a fight has been scoffed at by former pro-boxer Tony Bellew.

Following comments made by UFC commentator Joe Rogan about whether Fury could beat Jon Jones in a fight, the pair of heavyweight icons have exchanged some choice words online.

Fury invited Jones to do battle in the squared circle, something that 'Bones' is highly unlikely to agree to.

While many would expect Fury to defeat Jones in a boxing match, even more people likely believe that 'The Gypsy King' would stand no chance against 'Bones' in an MMA fight.

Tony Bellew recently shared his thoughts on a Fury vs. Jones MMA fight and said:

"No boxer has any chance whatsoever. The minute someone comes at you and starts [shooting for takedowns], just hold your hands up bro. Just hold your hands up and say, 'I'm good, I don't need any of this.' Tyson Fury, mate I know you think you can wrestle, I know you think you're strong and heavy, if [Jon Jones] gets a hold of you, he is pulling limbs off. I'm talking you're going to lose your ankle, your knee, your arm. You're gonna lose something. Jon Jones is a freak of nature, the guy's a monster."

Tyson Fury issues fiery ultimatum to Top Rank CEO Bob Arum

Tyson Fury appears to not only have been triggered by Joe Rogan's comments, but also by Top Rank CEO Bob Arum's recent remarks.

Arum questioned the heavyweight boxing champion's desire to return to the squared circle to face Oleksandr Usyk and stated that Fury doesn't know what he wants to do.

Fury and Usyk have previously been locked in negotiations over a potential bout, but talks have fallen through time and again.

'The Gypsy King' has called out many prominent figures in the world of boxing but has now turned his attention to longtime promoter Bob Arum. Fury sent the Top Rank CEO a fiery ultimatum and said this, as per journalist Michael Benson:

"Tyson Fury with a strong message for his own USA co-promoter Bob Arum on Instagram today: "I want you to get me that fight I'm due. Or give me my contract back.""
