The developer of the video game, IO Interactive, recently announced the decision to remove the downloadable content involving McGregor. IO Interactive's official statement on X read:
"In light of the recent court ruling regarding Conor McGregor, IO Interactive has made the decision to cease its collaboration with the athlete, effective immediately. We take this matter very seriously and cannot ignore its implications. Consequently, we will begin removing all content featuring Mr. McGregor from our storefronts starting today."

The Irish mixed martial artist appears in Hitman: World of Assassination as part of the Elusive Target Mission, The Disruptor. The mission was set to run from Nov. 15 to Dec. 8 and IO Interactive also offered a Disruptor DLC pack for $5 that offered several features. According to reports, the DLC pack will no longer be sold.
Conor McGregor ordered by the court to pay financial compensation to the victim
In the sexual assault case against Conor McGregor, the court ruled in favor of the victim, Nikita Hand, and ordered the former UFC double champion to pay her €248,000. Meanwhile, McGregor has denied the allegations and claimed that he had a consensual sexual encounter with the woman. He is not facing any criminal charges.
In her testimony, the victim that McGregor allegedly assaulted in December 2018 claimed that the Irishman directed the frustration of his loss, presumably the UFC 229 defeat against Khabib Nurmagomedov, towards her. While there appears to be a wave of sympathy for the victim, fellow MMA fighters like Mike Perry have called for stringent penalties for both sides if found guilty in such cases.
