Earlier today, VICE World News reported that they had uncovered voicenotes from Andrew Tate which seemingly revealed he "enjoyed" assaulting a woman who had accused him of abuse and rape in 2015.
The controversial internet personality is currently in police custody in Romania after being arrested on separate charges of human trafficking, rape and conspiracy to form a criminal group. However, this is not Tate's first run-in with the law.
The 36-year-old was also arrested in 2015 in the UK after being charged with rape and two separate accusations of sexual assault and physical abuse. In 2019, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) refused to charge Tate due to lack of evidence despite one of the victims allegedly having voicenotes from Tate admitting to the crime.

VICE have stated that they have uncovered some of the graphic voicenotes which allegedly depict Andrew Tate admitting to and enjoying the assault from 2015:
"Among the dozens of messages and voicenotes reviewed by VICE World News that Tate sent the woman is a voicenote in which he appears to admit to raping her, saying, “Am I a bad person? Because the more you didn’t like it, the more I enjoyed it. I f*****g loved how much you hated it. It turned me on. Why am I like that? Why?”

Comedian Andrew Schulz believes allegations shouldn't discredit Andrew Tate's influence
Whilst Andrew Tate currently remains in police custody in Romania, his influence continues to be as strong as ever. The 36-year-old is a polarizing yet popular figure on social media.
Andrew Schulz recently weighed in on the situation on his FLAGRANT podcast. According to the stand-up comic, whilst there's certainly no defending Tate if his crimes are proven to be true, it shouldn't discredit his influence and ability to be engaging as a speaker:
"It's really interesting... He can be an incredibly engaging speaker, have interesting thoughts about gender identity... Be incredible at debate and be funny, and also maybe be involved in some shady dealings with women and the sex-cam business. All these things can be true. And I think people are using one to discredit the other when they're completely unrelated."
