Malki Kawa, a renowned MMA manager, announced that the recent fight announcements by PFL were made without the fighters' consent or approval.

The American Fighting League is set to make its highly anticipated comeback on April 1st this year, with the three main and co-main events being unveiled to the public via a press statement on Thursday. All three events will be held at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas.

However, Malki Kawa has stated that the recent fight announcements by the mixed martial arts league were made without the fighters' consent or approval, raising questions about the legitimacy of the announcements.

This could potentially lead to a legal dispute between the fighters and the organization, and could end up harming the reputation of the league.

The American sports manager took to Twitter to debunk the claims made by the promotion, and wrote:

"The pfl went and announced a bunch of fights that have no been agreed to. So hold up before you get excited about anything."

Malki Kawa is a well-known sports agent and manager in America, who specializes in representing top athletes in both mixed martial arts (MMA) and American football.

He is known to represent some of the biggest names in the industry, including Jon Jones, Anthony Pettis, BJ Penn, Jorge Masvidal, and Kendrick Norton.

PFL is back in the limelight with the latest announcements

The Professional Fighters League is an American mixed martial arts league inaugurated in 2018 by venture entrepreneur Donn Davis, following the acquisition and reorganization of the defunct World Series of Fighting in 2017.

The first card on April 1st will be headlined by Brendan Loughnane, the 2022 featherweight champion, who will face Marlon Moraes, a former UFC title challenger.

The co-featured bout involves Rob Wilkinson, the 2022 light heavyweight champion, going up against Thiago Santos, a former UFC fighter who recently joined the promotion after becoming a free agent.
