Brendan Schaub recently addressed Meta's latest update and shared his thoughts on Mark Zuckerberg's comments regarding free speech. When Patrick Bet-David asked if anyone should believe Zuckerberg in light of his most recent decision, Schaub gave his response.

For context, Zuckerberg posted a video on his social media accounts on Jan. 7, outlining the changes that will affect Meta, Instagram, and Threads. He stressed the idea of "free expression." The 40-year-old then discussed issues with government and legacy media censorship and moderation of online information. He claimed that many fact-checkers, particularly in the US, were overly biased and caused more harm than good.

Moroever, Zuckerberg announced they are moving the trust and safety and content moderation teams from California to Texas.

Bet-David then reposted the Meta CEO's remarks on X and criticized him for it, writing:

''So ban a sitting President when he loses, and become a “free speech” guy when he wins? I don’t trust Zuckerberg. Do you?''

In response, Schaub issued a one-word statement, writing:

''Nopeeeeeee''

As for the MMA scene, Schaub bid his adieu from the octagon after suffering an opening round knockout defeat against Travis Browne at UFC 181 in 2014. The former heavyweight currently talks about everything that's going on in the combat sports world on his YouTube channel called 'Thiccc Boy'.

Last year, Schaub was involved in a heated feud with Nate Diaz, after the Stockton native mocked the 41-year-old on social media. In response, the American podcast host chastised Diaz and issued a strong warning about snapping the latter's neck in a grappling session.

However, in a recent interview with The Schmo, Schaub stated that everything is fine between him and Diaz.

Brendan Schaub reacts to the fight money offered to Conor McGregor to face Logan Paul

According to Irish MMA news outlet The Mac Life, Conor McGregor will receive $250 million for an exhibition boxing match against Logan Paul in Mumbai this year.

Former UFC fighter Brendan Schaub responded to the news on his YouTube channel, saying:

''It’s kind of like the Saudi money, how they’re paying Tyson [Fury] and all these guys, like, $250 million is wild. $250 million is more than Tyson and [Oleksandr] Usyk combined. Just Conor will make more than Usyk and Fury combined and that’s boxing at the highest level. And they have a YouTuber and a guy who’s going under some allegations making more—just one of them is making more than the greatest boxers on the planet.”
