Danis' last competitive fight was a boxing match against YouTuber-turned-boxer Logan Paul in 2023. He suffered a loss after being disqualified in the sixth round for an illegal takedown on Paul.

MMA Junkie reporter Mike Bohn revealed that Danis has signed a contract with the GFL and will be part of their inaugural draft.

One fan speculated that Danis might face Tony Ferguson, as reports suggested 'El Cucuy' also joined the promotion. The fan wrote:

Dillon Danis’ professional MMA career

Dillon Danis remains undefeated in his MMA career, with a record of 2-0, with both his bouts coming under the Bellator promotion.

In his debut fight at Bellator 198 in 2018, Danis faced Kyle Walker and secured a first-round submission victory.

He followed that up with another first-round submission win over Max Humphrey in his second fight at Bellator 222 in 2019. Known for his high-level jiu-jitsu skills, Danis has also coached UFC superstar Conor McGregor.
