Jiri Prochazka is not a fighter who will sit on the sidelines, even after a knockout loss. Two months after his last loss to Alex Pereira, 'BJP' gave fans proof that he is back in the gym on social media.
Prochazka posted pictures and videos from some of his latest training sessions, captioning that he is "slowly turning up." The 31-year-old appeared to be working with a new team, having posted photos from the HG & GT Muay Thai and Kickboxing gym.
Prochazka has always been one of the most well-liked fighters in the UFC, making it no surprise that fans swarmed the comments of his post. Many reacted to the former champion seemingly working on keeping his guard up, a key defensive fundamental that he has notoriously lacked.

Will Jiri Prochazka fight at light heavyweight or middleweight?
With two losses to current light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira, Jiri Prochazka has mentioned that he is considering dropping down to middleweight to attempt to become a two-division champion. While that claim was initially shrugged off by fans, 'BJP' has since doubled down on it following Dricus Du Plessis' recent title defense at UFC 305.
After Du Plessis submitted Israel Adesanya for his first title defense, Prochazka posted a video on YouTube claiming that he wanted to "follow" the South African. The Czech claimed he was waiting for the result of the fight and would be more likely to change divisions if Du Plessis remained the champion, which he did.
With his next fight still up in the air, it remains to be seen which division Prochazka will choose to resume his career. He has still won every fight in the UFC 205-pound division except for those against Pereira and at 31, he is still under the average age of his peers.
