WWE superstars Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley had a rather firey exchange at last week's RAW event. An interesting fact is that both the pro wrestlers have also had successful careers in the realm of mixed martial arts.
Let's take a look at how the MMA records of the two heavyweights compare.
'The Beast Incarnate' has had a stellar run in MMA. Even though his professional record of 5 wins, 3 losses, and 1 no-contest pales in comparison to that of many MMA greats, it's important to note that he is a former UFC heavyweight champion.
Lesnar made his UFC debut at UFC 81 in 2008 against Frank Mir. In his third fight for the promotion, he defeated Randy Couture at UFC 91 to capture the heavyweight title. Lesnar then went on to defend the title twice.

However, in his last three matches in the UFC, the American suffered 2 losses and 1 no-contest.
Going by pure numbers, Bobby Lashley's record looks more appealing with 15 wins and 2 losses. However, 'The Dominator' has never fought in the UFC. He has fought for Bellator and holds an undefeated record in the promotion with 5 wins.
At the time of his retirement from MMA in 2016, he was on an eight-fight win streak. In his last fight at Bellator 162, Lashley triumphed over Josh Appelt with a second-round rear-naked choke submission.

Watch: Brock Lesnar lay waste to Bobby Lashley on Monday Night RAW
Last week on Monday Night RAW, Brock Lesnar made a shocking return to WWE. 'The Beast Incarnate' announced his return to the ring by viciously attacking Bobby Lashley, moments before the latter's United States Championship match against Seth Rollins.
Lesnar's onslaught on 'The Dominator' ended with him putting the United States champion in a kimura lock. A clearly injured Lashley was later defeated by Seth Rollins in their match.
