Fans are in for a treat when two of ONE Championship’s best knockout artists, John Lineker and Fabricio Andrade, square off with ONE gold on the line. ‘Hands of Stone’ will put the ONE bantamweight world championship on the line against the No.2-ranked contender.
Looking forward to the action will be undefeated heavyweight star Marcus ‘Buchecha’ Almeida. Coming off his fourth straight win inside the circle at ONE on Prime Video 1, Almeida will sit back and enjoy the action on Friday night.
Speaking to ONE Championship, ‘Buchecha’ shared his excitement for the heavy-handed showdown, saying:
“This fight is going to be awesome! I'm really looking forward to it, and I can't wait for this fight to happen. I think it will be 100 percent striking. They've been challenging each other for some time on the internet, saying it's forbidden to attempt a takedown. So, I think it will be a wild fight, pure striking!”

In nine combined fights inside the circle, Fabricio Andrade and John Lineker have spotless records under the ONE banner. What’s more impressive is that in those nine victories, each man has a knockout in their last three bouts. MMA math is far from an exact science, but when you put two knockout artists in the same cage, there is one clear result: Violence.
John Lineker goes all in on his ‘Hands of Stone’ at ONE on Prime Video 3
Brazilian knockout king John Lineker has made a career out of putting his opponents to sleep with his legendary ‘Hands of Stone.’ He’ll look to do exactly that against the always formidable Fabricio Andrade.
A knockout artist himself, Andrade has put opponents away with his hands and feet, utilizing the art of eight limbs in his MMA endeavors.
In an interview with ONE Championship, Lineker recognized that Andrade has a dangerous Muay Thai style, but in the end, believes it will come down to his own boxing skills and who can simply hit harder than the other.
“[Andrade’s] Muay Thai is excellent, he’s a great fighter, but I have boxing that scares opponents, especially because of the [power in] my hands. So, which one is better, I don’t know. I don’t like to keep comparing, but I believe in my potential. I know I’m good at what I do.”
