Marcus 'Buchecha' Almeida doesn't see the heavyweight MMA world title matchup between Anatoly Malykhin and 'Reug Reug' Oumar Kane ending in any way other than a successful night out for the defending kingpin.
After months of back and forth, the Russian behemoth will finally put his ONE heavyweight MMA world title on the line against the Senegalese star at ONE 169, which broadcasts live from the Lumpinee Stadium.
'Buchecha' knows how dangerous Kane can be, having seen his victorious run come to a halt at the hands of the 32-year-old last year.
Still, he doesn't think 'Reug Reug' will have enough at his disposal to secure a huge upset of the three-division MMA world champion in Bangkok, Thailand on Nov. 8.

Offering his prediction, the Brazilian jiu-jitsu icon told ONE Championship:
"He's a guy who's really good at grappling, very good at boxing. I think 'Reug Reug' will not find himself against Anatoly."
That said, it'll be unwise for the One Chance and Tiger Muay Thai team to completely rule out what his opposite number brings to the table.
The Black Panther Sports and ReugReug MMA affiliate has put several opponents to sleep in the past. Plus, he has an extensive grappling background and a chin that should make it a long night for Malykhin when they duel for 26 pounds of gold at ONE 169.
'Buchecha' looks to return to winning ways on Nov. 8
On his end, the 17-time Brazilian jiu-jitsu world champion is locked in for a heavyweight MMA tilt against Iranian tank Amir Aliakbari.
The American Top Team and Evolve MMA athlete heads into this contest ready to showcase new facets of his game after surrendering his perfect streak to 'Reug Reug' at ONE Fight Night 13.
Should 'Buchecha' come out with a W, there's every reason to believe he could place himself next in line for heavyweight supremacy.
ONE 169 will be available to active Amazon Prime Video subscribers in North America live in primetime for free on Friday, Nov. 8.
