"It's hard to make a prediction but if possible, I'd like to end the fight before three rounds, either by submission or knockout. I've trained a lot for this. And I see that the fight could end in either of these ways."
Needless to say, fans are excited to see 'Buchecha' back in action in the world's largest martial arts organization, and the Brazilian is looking to pick up where he left off a year ago.
Almeida joined ONE Championship in Sept. 2021, debuting with a first-round submission over Anderson 'Braddock' Silva at ONE: Revolution.
The 34-year-old has since gone 4-1 in the promotion, putting together a slew of epic performances up until the loss to Oumar 'Reug Reug' Kane in August last year.
