Stamp was scheduled for two high-profile world title matches this year, but both fights were canceled after she tore the meniscus in her left knee during training camp.
The Thai megastar was supposed to defend her ONE women's atomweight MMA world title at ONE 167 against close friend and former training partner Denice Zamboanga.
After that supposed June matchup, Stamp was then tasked to challenge Xiong Jing Nan for the ONE women's strawweight MMA world title at ONE 168: Denver in September.
Nevertheless, Stamp has seen considerable improvement in her left knee.
The 27-year-old has been putting in the work during her rehab process, and she revealed in previous interviews that she began boxing at her home gym Fairtex Training Center in Pattaya, Thailand.
Stamp Fairtex determined to return to perfect form and defend her throne
Stamp Fairtex doesn't plan on holding her division for too long.
In an interview with the Fairtex Training Center, Stamp said she's hellbent returning to action as quickly and safely as possible to defend the ONE women's atomweight MMA world title that she won in September 2023.
Stamp pointed out that there is a litany of fights she would love to be in and showcase what she's worked on while recovering from injury:
"I haven't fought for a year. And after surgery, like almost five months already, I feel like I have to get everything back. Because I lost muscle, I lost skills, I lost focus, and I feel like what can I do next? So it's one thing is that I have to build my muscles and focus again and pay attention again when I come back to training because everyone wants my belt."
