Candace Owens recently pointed out how Mark Zuckerberg's revelation about COVID-19 on The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE) now aligns with her previous commentary on the same issue. She also highlighted that, previously, she was banned from Facebook after expressing those views.
Rogan hosted Zuckerberg again on his coveted podcast's latest episode (#2255). Among several other topics, the duo talked about the Joe Biden-led Democratic government's role in the effective tackling of the COVID-19 situation in the United States.
At one point, Zuckerberg revealed how government officials "screamed" at Facebook employees regarding the publicizing of information related to COVID-19. The Meta CEO also told Rogan how the Democrats wanted Facebook to censor even legitimate information about the pandemic, while Biden accused him and others of "killing" people with misinformation.
A recent X update from Owens implied that she also had been a victim of Biden's alleged censorship of publicizing COVID-19-related facts on Facebook. After learning about Zuckerberg's revelation on JRE, she highlighted how the lawyers representing Meta defied her point of being targeted back then, despite their CEO expressing similar views now.

Owens reposted an X update highlighting this discussion between Zuckerberg and Rogan with a caption that read:
"What’s really annoying about this is that I sued Facebook for censoring my account related to me telling the truth about vaccines and their lawyers argued that I was not targeted. Now Mark is admitting I was. I lost a ton of money being demonetized at that time."
Joe Rogan also faced the consequences for his commentary about COVID-19
Joe Rogan didn't shy away from voicing his unfiltered takes on COVID-19 during the pandemic. Rogan used the JRE platform to publicize how he was treating COVID-19, and he gave out several bold takes about the Joe Biden-led U.S. government's policies to tackle the dreaded situation.
However, the 57-year-old faced a few untoward consequences because of his commentary. In 2022, 270 US doctors, healthcare professionals, scientists, and professors wrote a letter to JRE's then-broadcasting platform, Spotify, accusing Rogan of spreading misinformation regarding COVID-19. Subsequently, close to 70 episodes of JRE were taken down from Spotify.
