Chris Eubank Jr. looks to capitalize on a vacant world title opportunity against Kamil Szeremeta.
At 35 years old, Eubank Jr. has solidified himself as a world champion (IBO super middleweight). Later this week, October 12, the English superstar will return to the ring for the first time since his two-fight series with Liam Smith.
Eubank Jr.'s latest fight will be for the vacant IBO middleweight world title. He comes in as a massive favorite but can't overlook his opponent - Kamil Szeremeta.
Szeremeta is a Polish boxer with a professional record of 25-2-2. The 35-year-old was riding a four-fight win streak, including three inside the distance, before enduring a split-decision draw against Abel Mina last time out. He now looks to pull off a massive upset and capture the vacant IBO middleweight strap.

Eubank Jr. vs Szeremeta will be featured on the Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol undercard. The event promoted by Matchroom and Top Rank is scheduled to take place inside the Kingdom Arena in Saudi Arabia.

Round 1:
Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Kamil Szeremeta is underway. Eubank opens the fight with several jabs and a left hook. Szeremeta fires off with a left hand. Eubank is already building combinations. Oh my goodness, Eubank lands a right hand and drops Szeremeta. The fight continues.

Szeremeta is trying to push forward, but Eubank is starting to time his entries. Szeremeta finds a home for a right hand to temporarily slow down the momentum. Szeremeta explodes forward with a right hand and lands cleanly. Eubank almost hit the canvas. Eubank fires back with his right hand.
Round 2:
Chris Eubank continues pumping out his jab, which is giving Kamil Szeremeta trouble. Eubank lands a big hook down to the body. Eubank fires off the same attack twice to start breaking down Szeremeta at different levels.
Szeremeta pushes Eubank back with a right hand. The fights clinch temporarily. Eubank lands a big uppercut to continue inflicting damage on Szeremeta. Eubank's volume is overpowering a game Szeremeta.

Round 3:
Chris Eubank and Kamil Szeremeta start round three with a clinch. The referee gives both fighters a warning for clean exits. Eubank loses his footing and slips to the ground. Szeremeta finds a home for a massive overhand right. Eubank doesn't seem affected. The commentators believe Szeremeta's pop is gone.
Eubank has an uppercut in his right eyebrow. Szeremeta explodes forward again and pushes Eubank to the ground. Szeremeta is being completely dominated here. Eubank goes down to the body twice. Eubank fires off a solid combination in close distance. Eubank's jab continues to be a beautiful weapon.
Round 4:
The replay shows that Chris Eubank's cut came from an accidental clash of heads. Eubanks attempts to increase his volume for a knockout. He needs to be careful because Kamil Szeremeta is catching him on the inside. Eubank smells blood and fires off combinations to try and secure a finish in this round.
Eubank slows down his pace for the moment. Szeremeta has been too reactionary this round. He needs to fire off his own punches because Eubank is leaving opens for Szeremeta to potentially exploit. The clinching has become more frequent.

Eubank lands a jab and moves out of distance with solid movement. Szeremeta's volume is decreasing. The Polish fighter could be losing hope in this fight. Two consecutive clinches. Eubank lands a solid right hand.
Szeremeta's lack of power is making this an even tougher fight for him. Eubanks ends the round with a clean left hook.
Round 6:
Chris Eubank and Kamil Szeremeta battle in the clinch. Szeremeta whiffs with a massive left hook. Eubank grabs onto his opponent and throws a few short punches before separating. Eubank is starting to settle down and get away from a finish for the moment.
They are clinching more and more in this round. Szeremeta lands a stiff left hand. Szeremeta almost had an opening before Eubank grabbed ahold of him. Eubank goes down to the body and comes over the top with a devastating right hand. Szeremeta is knocked down before quickly recovering. What a shot!
Round 7:
Chris Eubank and Kamil Szeremeta exchange body punches before clinching. The referee gives Eubank a warning for punches to the back of the head. Eubank's combinations are looking good. Eubank goes down to the body and Szeremeta drops to his knee following a delayed reaction.
