ONE lightweight world champion Christian Lee knows a thing or two about heavy hands. With 16 career wins inside the circle and a staggering 11 by way of knockout, ‘The Warrior’ is one of the most prolific KO artists in ONE Championship history.
Sitting down with the promotion to talk about the striker’s delight scheduled for the ONE on Prime Video 3 main event, Lee shared his prediction, believing John Lineker’s ‘Hands of Stone’ will get the job done on Friday night.
“I think John Lineker will win because they’re both good strikers, but John has heavier hands.”
The highly-anticipated main event was thrown a bit of a curveball during the ONE on Prime Video 3 weigh-in and hydration test when defending champion John Lineker stepped on the scale 0.75 pounds over the bantamweight limit. Given until 11 pm local time to cut the additional weight, Lineker was unable to make the contractually obligated 145-pound limit.

As a result, Lineker will be stripped of the bantamweight title, but the fight will proceed as scheduled, with ‘Hands of Stone’ giving up 20% of his fight purse to his opponent. Fabricio Andrade successfully made the bantamweight limit, meaning if he wins on Friday night, he will be crowned the new ONE bantamweight world champion.
Christian Lee credits blocking out the noise of social media for his success inside the circle
At ONE 160, Christian Lee recaptured the ONE lightweight world championship in impressive fashion, destroying former champion Ok Rae Yoon in six minutes. Speaking to ONE Championship, ‘The Warrior’ shared the story of his success inside the circle, believing much of it had to do with focusing on the two most essential things in his life, his family and his training.
“It was great. For me, I don't really care too much for social media anyways. I just spent all the time focused on training. The rest of my time is spent with my family. I have more than enough.
I have my hands full with running after my one-year-old baby girl, just spending the time at home with my wife and my daughter, then going into the gym and training. I'm really just focused, blocking out all distractions, and only having my focus on the task at hand.”
Next, Christian Lee will attempt to join the ranks of two-division world champions as he takes on welterweight titleholder Kiamrian Abbasov on November 18 as ONE presents ONE on Prime Video 4.
