ONE lightweight world champion Christian Lee is making a quick turnaround after recapturing his title at ONE 160 just three months ago. It's not just any quick turnaround as 'The Warrior' will move up to welterweight to challenge the world champion, Kiamrian 'Brazen' Abbasov, in an attempt to become double-champ at ONE on Prime Video 4.
It's a tall order even for a two-time world champion like Lee. Moving up in weight to challenge a world champion with less than three months to prepare is a task reserved for legends. Lee, however, has been dreaming of becoming a two-division champ ever since he laced up the gloves as a professional fighter.
In an interview with YouTube channel The MMA Super-Fan, 'The Warrior' spoke about his champ-champ aspirations:

"Personally, it’s always been a goal of mine to become a double champ. Since I joined the promotion, since I started my career in MMA, my goal was first to become a world champion and second to become a double champion in two divisions."
Lee has been a pro since 2015 and has spent his entire career in the big leagues of ONE Championship. Some fighters would spend their entire careers not seeing a fraction of what Lee has accomplished in just seven years. He's already achieved his first goal twice and after his two-round demolition of Ok Rae Yoon for the belt in August, we see a very high chance of Lee completing his second one come November 18 (US primetime).

Christian Lee demolishes Ok Rae Yoon to become a two-time ONE lightweight world champion
ONE 160 saw a brutal one-sided beatdown of epic proportions as 'The Warrior' Christian Lee reclaimed his throne from rival Ok Rae Yoon. After losing the strap to Ok in controversial fashion last year, Lee soundly finished the South Korean inside two rounds in their rematch.
In the opening frame, 'The Warrior' controlled the center right away and aggressively led the striking exchanges. As the round progressed, Christian Lee's steady aggression started to overwhelm Ok. Lee's swarming attack eventually knocked Ok down multiple times before the opening round ended.
After barely surviving the opening salvo, Ok was clearly in survival mode in round two. Christian Lee completed his mission to reclaim his throne by sending his South Korean foe to the canvas one last time. 'The Warrior' then finished the night by blasting Ok with knees on the ground. Lee not only won back his world title, he also won himself a sweet $50k performance bonus.
