Cody Garbrandt is reportedly off the UFC Vegas 100 card, on which he was to fight Miles Johns. Their bantamweight bout was scheduled to serve as the event's co-headlining match at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A., on Nov. 9, 2024.
As reported by BJPenn.com, per multiple sources, former UFC bantamweight titleholder Garbrandt pulled out of his scheduled showdown against Johns. The reasons for 'No Love's' withdrawal from the fight are currently undisclosed. It was noted that Johns is aiming to still compete on that card, eyeing a fight against a short-notice replacement opponent.
The UFC has yet to officially announce/confirm Cody Garbrandt's reported withdrawal from UFC Vegas 100. However, a few hours ago, the organization confirmed that Nicolas Dalby was out of his scheduled welterweight bout against Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos owing to an injury.

Zaleski will instead face short-notice replacement opponent and UFC promotional newcomer, Zach Scroggin (aka Zachary Scroggin), in a welterweight bout.
The latest listings on the UFC's official website acknowledge the aforementioned change and have added the dos Santos-Scroggin bout to the card. Nevertheless, Garbrandt's bout is still listed, but this could change if the reports regarding 'No Love's' withdrawal are indeed true.
Garbrandt (14-6 MMA) is coming off a second-round submission defeat against Deiveson Figueiredo in April 2024. Meanwhile, Johns (MMA record: 15-2, 1 No Contest) is fresh off a unanimous decision victory against Douglas Silva de Andrade in June 2024.

Cody Garbrandt on UFC Vegas 100 fight being the last on his contract, possible re-signing
During a recent appearance on MMA legend Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson's JAXXON Podcast, Cody Garbrandt asserted that his fight against Miles Johns would be the final one of his current UFC contract. Garbrandt claimed that the Johns matchup was supposed to take place on Oct. 12 but was postponed to the Nov. 9 event.
'No Love' signaled that he'd been negotiating with the UFC. The American combatant implied that though he'd like to re-sign with the UFC, he's open to other avenues as well if given a more lucrative offer.
"Obviously, UFC is the premier league to fight in there, but money talks."
