He recently revealed that he plans to call out Canelo Alvarez if he is able to get past his upcoming opponent. Speaking to Sean O'Malley and Tim Welch of the TimboSugarShow, the social media personality claimed:

"It's Canelo. I mean, this moment will prove that I'm the face of boxing, the largest attraction. And me vs. Canelo at 200 pounds for the cruiserweight championship of the world is the biggest fight, arguably even bigger than me vs. Tyson and it makes so much sense."

"Canelo is on his way out. He's going to want a payday and I want to show the world that all the s**t I've been talking about beating Canelo is actually true and I will have the biggest upset in the sport of boxing and we will fight to really see who is the face because after this event, I'm going to be claiming it."

@joeyjo35t suggested that he face actual boxers to earn a title opportunity:

"If you win, you’re beating a 60-year-old man. How about you? Go fight real established boxers and not retired has been. Like when you ran through the MMA guys that were never boxers. Or like how you fought the basketball player that was never a boxer"

@ElPincheSal noted that the social media personality lost his only bout against a boxer:

"He fought one actual active boxer and dude washed him"

"There's a fundamental difference between me and Jake. He's a manufactured killer. Television and papers made him a killer, he's manufactured. I'm a natural born killer. That's the difference."

While Tyson is at an advanced age and has battled health problems recently, he is one of the most ferocious punchers in boxing history. It remains to be seen how much of a factor that will be, as it has been more than two decades since he fought professionally.
