Conor McGregor blasts Artem Lobov as he unveils title of new book he's "decided to write"

Conor McGregor has once again fired shots at his former friend and teammate Artem Lobov.

The Irishman uploaded a post on Twitter, in which he named the title of a book that he's "decided to write," with the remark and title being a jibe at Lobov:

"I’ve decided to write a book. I’m calling it 'coat tail riding rat c*nt rest in p*ss.'"

This wasn't the only shot that McGregor took at 'The Russian Hammer'. The Irishman uploaded multiple tweets insulting the 36-year-old on social media.

Conor McGregor is currently involved in a legal dispute with Artem Lobov. The former fighter has claimed that he helped McGregor come up with the idea for Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey.

With that, Lobov thinks that he should be fairly compensated for his contributions. The 36-year-old has asked for a five percent share from the sale proceedings of the whiskey brand, which was sold for a whopping $600 million in 2021.

McGregor, who is infamous for deleting his tweets, once called out Lobov for a fight to settle the dispute, but then removed the post:

"This is a call out to Artem 'the fanny, fairy pad' Lobov. I'm challenging you to a fight tonight. 10:30 p.m. I'll meet you down at SBG Concorde and we'll fight for the whole lot. We'll fight for the whole lot. Having lawyers message me about defamation and all this suing and all. You're a little fairy, you're a little blouse mate... Answer this f**king callout, yeah? You little blouse!"

Daniel Cormier weighs in on Conor McGregor vs. Artem Lobov

Former UFC multi-division champion Daniel Cormier recently shared his thoughts on the ongoing dispute between Conor McGregor and Artem Lobov.

Cormier said that Lobov's proximity to McGregor played a role in his success as an MMA fighter as 'The Russian Hammer' benefitted from the Irishman's popularity in the sport:

"Honestly, I believe that Lobov's success was helped because of the relationship he had with McGregor. It's not like he was having a ton of success in the octagon. But because they were longtime teammates, you get a little bit of a reprieve from the powers that be."

Cormier added that the incident should be a lesson for people not to mix friendships with business.
