Conor McGregor called a "zero" by Khabib Nurmagomedov's manager as the Irishman reminisces becoming a UFC double champ

Conor McGregor did not hold back after Khabib Nurmagomedov’s recent comments about Irish MMA. Recently, McGregor also posted the moment he was crowned as the UFC double champ in 2016 to remind everyone about his legacy. The post garnered the attention of Nurmagomedov’s manager, who has now responded to it, calling the Irish fighter a "zero."

'The Notorious' won titles at featherweight and lightweight and became the first-ever simultaneous two-division champion. McGregor dethroned former featherweight king Jose Aldo, after which he marched forward to beat then-lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez to earn double champ status.

In a recent interview with PFL, 'The Eagle' stated that the Dagestan MMA level is much superior to the Irish MMA.

McGregor, who is the face of MMA in Ireland, first responded with a post on Instagram, showing his dominance in the UFC. Recently, he reminisced about the moment when he was crowned the double champ. The 36-year-old posted the photo on X, with a caption:

Nurmagomedov’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz, with whom the Irishman has a strained relationship responded to the aforementioned post and opined:

"You zero now @TeamKhabib it’s always KING"

Conor McGregor calls out Logan Paul once more

Conor McGregor is rumored to fight Logan Paul in a boxing exhibition match, which is scheduled to take place in India in 2025. As per rumors, the Ambani family would fund this super fight and it will be a part of the 'Visit India' tourism campaign. Moreover, Paul and McGregor are set to split a $500 million purse and will receive $250 million each.

To add to the hype, the Irish fighter recently posted a photo of Logan Paul on X, with his caption reading as:

"$250,000,000 #ImComing"

Conor McGregor's return to the octagon has been delayed since 2024 after he backed out from fighting Michael Chandler because of a toe injury. McGregor was then rumored to face Ilia Topuria but he revealed that he would first fight Paul in a boxing exhibition match before making a return to the octagon.
