Conor McGregor recently opened up about a potential boxing match against Logan Paul in India and revealed the UFC's stance on such an event taking place. The Irishman also sent fans into a frenzy with some of his revelations.
In December, McGregor took to social media and announced that he was in talks with the Ambani family to book a fight against Paul in India. While many fans were hyped about the idea, Paul didn't replicate McGregor's enthusiasm and kept a low profile online as rumors of their fight circulated. Later, Dana White dismissed the possibility of such a fight happening.
In a recent interview with The Schmo, McGregor spoke about the potential boxing match and addressed the UFC's reluctance to let it happen. He said:
"It is what it is. The UFC is just not into it. The offer was there on the table, in writing... Both athletes under the TKO banner. UFC [and] WWE both rising up. The stock price of TKO Holding Group through the roof. New market in India opened up and booming... The UFC weren't into it."

McGregor continued:
"I'm more inclined now for this influencer f**king whatever you call it because it's astronomical money... Who is that? Jake [Paul], Logan and f**king KSI, I like the three of these guys... It's an interesting little side pocket branch."
After The Schmo posted his interview on YouTube, many flocked to the comments section to express their reaction.
