Former UFC two-division champion Conor McGregor has expressed his admiration for the breathtaking visuals showcased at UFC 306, the "Noche UFC" event held at The Sphere in Las Vegas.

The event celebrated Mexican Independence Day and featured a stunning array of visual effects that transformed the venue into a mesmerizing spectacle. With its unique spherical shape and floor-to-ceiling LED screens, The Sphere provided an immersive experience for those in attendance.

The UFC spared no expense in creating a visually spectacular experience. The event featured stunning visuals between fights and a Mayan-themed backdrop for the bouts. The Sphere, the largest LED screen in the world, was reportedly acquired by the UFC for a significant sum of $20 million.

Conor McGregor demands UFC fight date as Michael Chandler signs for UFC 309

Conor McGregor has expressed frustration after Michael Chandler, his expected next opponent, opted for a different fight. Chandler recently confirmed that he will face Charles Oliveira at UFC 309 in November, leaving McGregor uncertain about his return to the octagon.

Originally set to fight Chandler at UFC 303 in July, McGregor's bout was canceled due to a toe injury. Despite efforts to reschedule, UFC CEO Dana White said Chandler was "done waiting." The decision sparked an angry response from McGregor, who took to social media to vent his frustration. In a now-deleted post, he wrote:

"Chandler saw that takedown getting stuffed and mauled and officially dipped. Little Fat P**sy. I’m at the hard rock hotel Florida for the bare knuckle tonight. Got tested earlier today by DFSI. Give me my f****** date!"

McGregor has been out of action since July 2021, when he broke his tibia during his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier. Despite his public frustration, McGregor remains hopeful about securing a fight date, possibly in late 2023 or early 2024.
