Conor McGregor has resumed his feud with Henry Cejudo on social media.
The Irishman is notorious for his heated exchanges with sports stars on online platforms, including recent back-and-forths with Tyson Fury and Nate Diaz.
The row with 'Triple C' began when McGregor posted a video on his social media handles showing off his boxing skills with three-punch combination drills. Cejudo was quick to respond, taunting the Irishman that his hands were down and his distance off during the drills.
In response to Cejudo's tweet, McGregor put out a series of now-deleted tweets. The first was a reply to a video of Cejudo holding the pads for Cris Cyborg, calling him a "fat midget novice".

The Irishman then pulled out Cejudo's tweet from 2016 where he branded 'Notorious' the greatest of all time. McGregor replied to it with the words "Lick a**e for press."
The two engaged in a spat earlier this year instigated by Cejudo's 'Riverdance' jibe in the course of asking UFC president Dana White for a title shot. McGregor quickly fired back, tweeting, "Henry Cejuda [sic] is a fart." However, Cejudo had the final say stating the the Irishman doesn't know anything about gas as he always runs out of it during fights.
Conor McGregor's new training photo leaves his fans concerned that his leg hasn't healed properly
Conor McGregor is stepping up his recovery with the Irishman posting a photo of himself in boxing gloves ahead of his return.
McGregor posted the photo with the following caption:
“Day 3 back boxing without issue! Soon this injury will be a distant memory on my Martial Arts journey. No one has a road without bumps - but winning is about a positive attitude and determination and hard work. I am back and only getting better"
However, his followers were quick to notice that his leg was still a bit off. One commented: “The left leg looks a little stiff.” Another one added: “You can still see his leg doesn’t look right. Not natural.” The comments kept coming: “But your leg is not straight”, “Your ankle still looks bent."
There is no doubt that McGregor’s return will be an awaited one. However, MMA fans are questioning whether he still has the motivation or drive to compete at the highest level.
