Conor McGregor's coach, John Kavanagh, has responded to a video of the UFC star, which showed 'The Notorious' talking about controversial rapper P.Diddy back in 2014.
'Diddy' has been in the headlines over recent months, after several criminal accusations were brought to light. The 54-year-old has been charged with a host of crimes, which include racketeering, sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, and sexual assault. After fleeing the US when the charges were made public, the rapper was eventually arrested last week.
Whilst fans of the Grammy award-winner were shocked at the news, one person who appeared to see this coming was Conor McGregor. In 2014, the Irishman appeared on The Late Late Show, where he was asked about a photograph he had taken with P. Diddy.
According to McGregor, he immediately didn't like the rapper upon meeting him. He said:

"P.Diddy's a little up his own a** to be honest with you. We were at a college football game at UCLA. But he is, I didn't even want him in the picture. He barely shook my hand. I just wanted to give him a left to the chin. Especially after meeting him."
McGregor's head coach, John Kavanagh, then responded to the clip from the interview, which has started to go viral. According to the Straight Blast Gym owner, "Mystic Mac" predicted the future once again. He wrote:
"#MysticMac strikes again."

Islam Makhachev casts doubt over Conor McGregor's UFC return
Whilst a majority of fans are excited at the prospect of Conor McGregor stepping back into the octagon, one person who has doubts over the Irishman's future is the lightweight champion Islam Makhachev.
'The Notorious' was due to return to action in June 2024 and face Michael Chandler, but he was forced out of the fight after suffering an injury. The pair were then expected to be rebooked onto another card before the end of the year. However, Chandler has refused to wait any longer and will now face Charles Oliveira next.
McGregor still maintains that he plans to return to the cage, with Dana White recently stating that it's likely the Dublin native will fight in early 2025. Makhachev isn't convinced though and shared his thoughts whilst speaking to Match TV.
Regarding Conor McGregor's return, Makhachev said:
"[Conor's return] is already a fantasy. He tries to stay afloat with his language. He is more in clubs than in training."
