Conor McGregor's situation seems to have gotten worse as he deals with the aftermath of his recent legal issues. After the court's assault verdict in a civil rape case, McGregor's statue was taken down from the wax museum in Dublin.
For context, McGregor was held liable for the assault of Nikita Hand in 2018. Despite the Irishman's assertions that their encounter was consensual, Hand claimed that the UFC superstar forced himself on her, prompting the court to order McGregor to pay over $250,000 in compensation.
However, the former two-division champion has repeatedly denied the charges and vowed to challenge the court's ruling. Following these incidents, McGregor's wax figure was taken out of the National Wax Museum Plus in Dublin.
The authorities of the museum then issued a statement outlining their choice.

McGregor's whiskey business has taken a hit as well due to the court's ruling. According to reports, Proximo Sports, which owns a majority stake in Proper No. 12 Irish Whiskey, has severed its relationship with the former UFC champion and will no longer use his name to advertise their product.
Despite everyone turning their back on McGregor, his longtime partner Dee Devlin consistently professed her support for 'The Notorious'. The 37-year-old reaffirmed her trust in McGregor by sharing a photo of their family on Instagram and wrote:
''My man and I have created a beautiful life together. I love him I trust him and I BELIEVE HIM!...No one is entitled to comment on our relationship- we trust one another and love one another. Nothing or nobody will change that. Our family stands strong!''
Daniel Cormier reacts to Conor McGregor's recent legal troubles
Daniel Cormier recently gave his take on Conor McGregor being found liable for assaulting Nikita Hand in 2018.
Cormier uploaded a video on his YouTube channel and stated that he will not judge McGregor as the UFC Hall of Famer is not fully aware of the case's specifics. Nevertheless, the former champion noted that the Irishman has been connected to similar issues on multiple occasions.
'DC' stated:
''Oh man, it seems like he is in the absolute s**t... I'm not here to judge because I wasn't on the jury. I didn't have to make a decision. So, this is only one man's opinion, right?...But with Conor, it seems like there have been more than one instance where stuff like this has come up.''
