Conor McGregor's UFC return continues to be a source of frustration for fans. The Irishman recently shared a less-than-encouraging clip of himself on his Instagram page, wherein he is shown standing behind a bar, joyously pouring glasses of his Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey for eager patrons.

According to the caption that McGregor himself penned, the establishment is somewhere on New Jersey's Jersey Shore. Naturally, a clip of the Irishman once again enjoying himself at a bar, with alcohol involved, has led to a new wave of pessimism among fans.

The clip has since made the rounds on X, where it was reshared by Happy Punch, a page known for reporting and sharing combat sports-related news. However, the clip on X is notable for being filmed from a different angle than the one McGregor shared on Instagram.

Moreover, it appears to have been filmed by someone else who tagged McGregor in their Instagram story.

Unfortunately, 'The Notorious' did more than just pour drinks, helping himself to some whiskey as well. Fans who reacted to the clip seemed less than thrilled. One fan poked fun at McGregor's apparent lack of commitment to training.

"Looks like an intense training camp for McGregor."

Another fan referenced the Irishman's decline, which has been pointed out by many.

Some even feared that McGregor may never fight again.

Conor McGregor vs. Michael Chandler has been through several delays

Following his leg injury against Dustin Poirier, Conor McGregor's UFC return became a topic of great interest. Eventually, on Feb. 4, 2023, the promotion announced that he would face Michael Chandler, but no date was given. Instead, they were booked for 'The Ultimate Fighter 31' as coaches.

Thereafter, issues between the Irishman and USADA emerged, with McGregor allegedly refusing to reenter the drug-testing pool amid reports of him requesting a testing exemption. He did, though, eventually reenter the testing pool.

Eventually, in 2024, he was announced for UFC 303 long after USADA's departure. Unfortunately, McGregor suffered a toe injury that forced him to withdraw from the event.
