Conor McGregor takes aim at "rat" Artem Lobov amid suspicion of Khabib Nurmagomedov allegedly being connected to Dagestani terror attack

Conor McGregor recently took aim at Artem Lobov amid the suspicion of Khabib Nurmagomedov allegedly being connected to a Dagestani terror attack because of his school. The rivalry appears to have rekindled once again as 'The Notorious' put his former friend on blast.

The former two-division champion began by reacting to the news regarding Nurmagomedov's martial arts school being raided by Russian security forces in light of reports that the individual responsible for the attack had trained there. 'The Eagle' had recently condemned the attack and refuted reports that the individual responsible had been a member of his team.

'The Notorious' then shifted his attention to 'The Russian Hammer' by recounting his incident with Nurmagomedov and his team in 2018. McGregor asked Lobov for his thoughts and took a jibe at his financial situation. He wrote:

"@RusHammerMMA yo rartem what you make of the news? The lads slapped you like a bald a** are proper terrorists. Mad isn't it, where are you hiding collecting welfare these days bro? Bald slap head rat."

Conor McGregor makes comparison between Artem Lobov and UFC champion

The aforementioned incident pertaining to Khabib Nurmagomedov wasn't the first time that Conor McGregor took an opportunity to blast Artem Lobov.

Just last month, the former two-division champion made a comparison between Lobov and reigning UFC featherweight champion Ilia Topuria. MMA Orbit tweeted a quote from McGregor's Duelbits stream in which he made it clear that he doesn't care too much for 'El Matador' comments about him. He said:

"I don't give a f*** about him. He [Topuria] reminds me of a little r***ard called Artem Lobov, Topuria does. Two little r***ards."
