Conor McGregor appears to be enjoying Dana White's latest venture, the Power Slap League.
The new show has divided the MMA community somewhat, with prominent MMA analysts such as Luke Thomas and Josh Thomson labelling the league as the poster child for CTE (Chronic traumatic encephalopathy), a brain condition caused by repeated blows to the head.
'The Notorious' seems to be on the other side of the fence and recently made a quipping remark that he could become the "Joe Rogan of Power Slap." Conor McGregor took to Twitter to write:
"I could potentially be the Joe Rogan of Power Slap."

Joe Rogan's voice has become synonymous with the UFC and their fight nights in particular. He has an array of iconic calls, including the Edson Barboza vs. Terry Etim fight. Having been a commentator for the UFC for over two decades, Rogan is as good as part of the furniture in the promotion.
Conor McGregor has a number of his own famous catchphrases and is known as one of the best trash-talkers in MMA history. 'The Notorious' would seamlessly take up a career in commentary, but his aspirations of returning to the octagon could put that on hold.
Conor McGregor reacts to vicious KO in Power Slap League
Conor McGregor has been keeping up to date with Dana White's Power Slap League and recently analyzed a brutal knockout during a match between Kortney Olson and Sheena Bathory.
Olson was on the receiving end of the blow and was so stunned that when she attempted to regain her feet, she tumbled over and did a forward roll. 'The Notorious' came across a tweet comparing Oslon's roll to former Irish striker Robbie Keane's famous celebration. McGregor, who saw the funny side of the comparison said:
"Stabilize the hips. Turn the shoulder. Torque the torso. KO! Where’s my belts and my cash. Yup the Keano fella hahahaja! Classic."

Conor McGregor is a striking expert and has produced iconic knockouts against Eddie Alvarez and Jose Aldo, among others. Despite the controversy being raised by the Power Slap League, 'The Notorious' believes that the league highlights one aspect of the striking realm. McGregor began analyzing the fundamentals of a knockout-blow and tweeted:
"If anything, power slap is showing the importance of turning back your shoulder and torquing your torso into the shot. “Turning of the hip” potentially the wrong terminology being used. Hips less important? Possible also. Turn your shoulder back and torque fully into strike! K.O."
