Joe Rogan's longtime acquaintance, fellow American comedian Bill Burr, has addressed the far-spanning Los Angeles (L.A.) wildfires that started earlier this month. Burr's stance has seemingly punched holes in Rogan's opinion that homeless persons-turned-arsonists perpetrated several fires. Netizens soon reacted to the same.

On Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Burr recently joked about self-proclaimed experts proposing unfeasible fire solutions. He jested that "some f**king idiot on the internet knows how to manage the worst fire in L.A." He appeared to disagree with those who deemed the fires as "mismanaged" and seemingly disapproved of the homeless arsonists-related wildfires theory:

"I love how all the chatter out there is about bands of illegal immigrants and homeless people lighting fires. They light fires every day. They're living outside. They're f**king cold. And this theory that some homeless guy without a car went from Altadena all the way to the Pacific Palisades. And did he have a handglider?"

Burr also jestingly supported United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson's alleged killer Luigi Mangione.

Per the New York Post, a homeless illegal immigrant from Mexico was arrested after L.A. residents allegedly witnessed him starting fires. Other similar reports highlight homeless persons being accused of lighting fires. Some netizens, lambasted Burr's stance and affirmed that the homeless arsonist(s) theory can't be ruled out. A fan wrote:

Joe Rogan's comments about homeless persons and the L.A. fires

On episode #2256 of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Joe Rogan hosted Mark Normand, Ari Shaffir, and Shane Gillis. Rogan referenced the speculation about homeless persons allegedly starting fires in L.A.

Rogan, who's lately been an avid supporter of the Republican Party, lambasted the Democratic Party-helmed California state government and California Governor Gavin Newsom over their wildfire management. The MMA personality asserted:

"This is your whining liberal. 'It's f**king climate change, wake up.' No, it's arson, you f**king idiots... The homeless are doing it... They're more inclined to use fire to get their anger out... You have 100,000 losers that are just camping on your street."

Rogan implied that the glaring economic dichotomy, between L.A.'s multi-million-dollar homeowners and the homeless, motivated the latter group to allegedly resort to arson and looting.
