Leaving a great first impression on the fans is essential for debuting athletes, and decorated Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) competitor Dante Leon promises to do just that in his upcoming ONE Championship debut.
Speaking exclusively with ONE, the 29-year-old shared what fans can expect to see from him in just a few days:
"To explain to people who haven't seen it before, it's some controlled aggression, some controlled rage, I guess you could say. But controlled aggression, I say, would be the best terminology."

One of the most sought-after talents in the international BJJ circuit, Leon, alongside 20-year-old phenom Cole Abate, recently signed with the world's largest martial arts promotion.
They will both debut under lightweight submission grappling rules at ONE Fight Night 26 on Friday, Dec. 6, which takes place inside the hallowed halls of the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
Booked in the second match of the card, Leon will take on two-time IBJJF No-Gi World Champion turned featherweight MMA star Bruno Pucci.
Meanwhile, former ONE lightweight MMA world champion and Japanese grappling legend Shinya Aoki will be the one to welcome 'Ice' to the submission grappling ranks later on in the event.
