Dan Hooker was spotted having a great time during his fight against Mateusz Gamrot at UFC 305. Fans all across the world have taken notice of Hooker's excitement and expressed appreciation for this side of the 34-year-old.
After spending more than a year away, Hooker returned to the octagon at UFC 305, where he took on Gamrot in a lightweight bout. He previously suffered an arm injury in his split decision win against Jalin Turner at UFC 290 last year. Hooker was forced to withdraw from his bout against Bobby Green at UFC on ESPN 52 last December due to an injury.
Upon recovery, Hooker expressed his desire to feature on the UFC 305 card alongside his teammates, former middleweight champion Israel Adesanya and Kai Kara-France. The No. 11-ranked lightweight eventually booked his fight with Gamrot on short notice after Adesanya asked the UFC brass to allow Hooker to compete on the Perth card.
After three rounds of intense action against Gamrot, Hooker prevailed via split decision.
