Dillon Danis is facing further complications in his ongoing lawsuit with Nina Agdal. The former Bellator fighter got into legal trouble after he targeted Logan Paul's fiancée as a part of his promotional antics for their boxing match in October 2023.
In a recent development, Danis' attorneys have filed a motion to withdraw from the case, citing "defendant's failure to comply with the terms of the firm's retainer agreement" and "a breakdown in communication between defendant and counsel."
The attorneys stated that Danis has failed to pay the legal fees and has not responded to their communications, making it challenging to represent him effectively.
While the motion for withdrawal is still pending, the court has ordered Danis to turn over his cell phone by Oct. 3 and to appear for a deposition on Oct. 8. It remains unclear if Danis has retained new legal representation.

MMA journalist Damon Martin took to his social media handle to post the following updates:
"Danis failed to show up to the scheduled conference on Tuesday but looks like he appeared today — the judge ordered him to turn over his cell phone by 5 pm on Oct. 3 with a deposition scheduled on Oct. 8."
"Well his attorneys filed a motion to withdraw as his counsel but that's still pending with the courts so I'm not sure if he's retained a new lawyer yet."
In the original lawsuit filed in September 2023, Agdal alleges that Danis posted "despicable" things about her more than 250 times on social media, causing her "humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm."
When Dillon Danis used a similar tactic to mock Jake Paul as he did with Logan Paul
Much like he did with Logan Paul, Dillon Danis once went after the influencer's brother Jake Paul by targeting his girlfriend, Jutta Leerdam.
In February, 'The Problem Child' posted a picture with Leerdam on social media before his fight with Ryan Bourland. Mere hours later, Danis shared an old photo of Leerdam with another man.
