UFC President Dana White has been known to be a NASCAR enthusiast, even going as far as striking a partnership with Trackhouse Racing in the past.
White was also involved as a sponsor in the recently concluded Daytona 500 in Florida. White's Power Slap League and Rumble Video sponsored the Chevrolet Camaro No.78 fielded by Live Fast Motorsports. The car was driven by a renowned driver and co-owner of Live Fast, B.J. McLeod, who finished 30th with 7 points.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr., driving the No.47 Chevrolet, edged out reigning Cup Series champion Joey Logano in double overtime to win the race.

Dana White's controversial Power Slap League came under further criticism for the NASCAR sponsorship deal. One fan noted that both Nascar and Slap Fighting are "failing" sports by commenting:
"Perfect two failing sports rolled jnto one!"
The UFC head honcho savagely replied to the comment by saying:
“failing like your IG account with 31 followers.”
Another fan teased White about competing in Power Slap, to which the UFC head honcho replied with a '100' emoticon.
White, somewhat uncharacteristically, went on to reply to almost every comment that was addressed to him, most of which were from detractors.
Dana White's previous NASCAR partnership
Dana White struck a deal with Trackhouse Racing, owned by Justin Marks and American rapper Pitbull, for the Busch Light Clash at the Coliseum in LA in February 2022. White's Howler Head Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey served as the primary sponsor of Ross Chastain's No.1 Chevrolet. The UFC head honcho said ahead of the race:
"This is an absolute [wicked] car, and I can't wait to see it compete on the track at the Coliseum on Sunday"
Trackhouse racing, after running with Daniel Suarez in 2021, acquired Chip Ganassi's team and expanded to two cars for the 2022 season. Marks said about the partnership with White:
"We want to transcend our sport, work with innovative minds and powerful brands, and Dana White, along with Howler Head and UFC exemplify that. Dana's influence, vision, and passion is inspiring and I'm looking forward to working with him on amplifying both our brands and hopefully along the way, learning from him as well"
Chastain finished 26th in the qualifiers, failing to make the cut for the race.
