Dana White's life coach Gary Brecka expresses heartfelt gratitude after Mel Gibson rains praise on him during interaction with Joe Rogan

UFC commentator Joe Rogan sat down with American actor and filmmaker Mel Gibson during a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE). During the sitdown, the pair talked about fascinating things from the crucifixion of Jesus Christ to all the theories surrounding the Vatican. The pair also lauded Dana White's life coach Gary Brecka, who expressed heartfelt gratitude towards the filmmaker for the praise.

White has been vocal about how Brecka predicted his medical conditions and treated him towards full recovery. Brecka, who owns the 10X Health System company has helped many famous influencers with fitness and weight management issues. Heaping praise on Brecka, Gibson said:

“I lost 30 pounds, I was talking to Dana and I said I have got to do something about this. I’m like 5’10" and 235 pounds, that’s too fat. So I had to sort of roll it back some. Now, I’m under 200, which is because of Brecka stuff. Going to Sauna, I feel better.”

Expressing his gratitude towards Gibson's comments, Brecka took to the social media platform X and said:

"I’ve been seeing you guys tagging me in clips from Mel Gibson on Joe Rogan—WOW. Thank you, Mel, for the kind words and for sharing your journey. Dropping 30 pounds and taking back your health is no small feat, and I’m so proud to have played a small part. Let’s keep the momentum going this year. Who’s ready to join the movement?"

Mark Zuckerberg reveals to Joe Rogan about reason behind adding Dana White to his team

Meta recently announced that UFC President Dana White will join their Board of Directors. White will join a new three-man team alongside business tycoons Charlie Songhurst and John Elkann. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently made an appearance on JRE and the pair talked about White's addition to the Meta team.

White who has turned the UFC from a struggling bankrupt company to a multi-billion dollar company has expertise in building a brand through resilience. Along with this ability, Zuckerberg also highlighted he needs White to fight off the government pressure. He said:

"I mean what Dana's done with the UFC is like one of the most legendary business stories and the brand is beloved. I think he's just a world-class entrepreneur and he's got a strong backbone. I think part of the conversation that I had with him around joining our board was that we have a lot of governments and folks around the world putting a lot of pressure on our company and we need some strong people who are going to basically you know help advise us on how to handle some of these situations."
