In the past three years, Dana White has evolved from quite an out-of-shape middle-aged father to a shining emblem of male physical health. Since pairing up with known human biologist and biohacker Gary Brecka, White went from potbelly to six-pack abs - and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
Through just a couple of weeks working with Brecka, the UFC CEO fixed all health problems that have been plaguing him for years. Now that he's in peak health, White couldn't help but post memes about body transformations and weight loss. He's officially become an Instagram gym bro.
In his most recent Instagram story, White posted a rather comedic meme about how Hollywood legend Russell Crowe went from Gladiator body to basically Dadbod:

"If this can happen to 'Maximus Decimus Meridius', commander of the armies of the north, general to the Felix legions, loyal servant to the true emperor Marcus Aurelius, then us mere mortals have no chance"
He then ended it with:
"Tomorrow is quitters day.......Don't quit!!!!"

What was Dana White talking about when he said 'Quitters Day?'
One may have noticed that Dana White mentioned the term "Quitters Day" in his story. This is not just a made-up term to commemorate an imagined day by the UFC president. There is such a thing circulating on social media called "Quitters Day" which happens in the early half of January and has something to do with one's New Year's resolution.
White said in a recent Instagram post:
"Hey, guys. So I just saw this ad during the holidays. It played non-stop on Instagram and YouTube. And basically, it says that January 10th is 'Quitters' Day'. They did research and research showed that from January 1st just until January 10th is how fast people quit their New Year's goals. And I thought that was crazy."
He continued:
"So I just want to let you guys know, right now, you heard about this last year, I'm on 50 hours of a 72-hour water fast. You're supposed to do two of these a year. I do three a year. And I've learned so much over the last three years about my health."
He then went on to discuss more of his health routines with Gary Brecka and encouraged everyone to try out his programs.
