'Mini T' Danial Williams has not dusted off the Muay Thai gloves in years. However, fans will fondly remember his battle against Rodtang Jitmuangnon. After a career in The Art of Eight Limbs, the Thai-Australian striker switched to MMA.
But he is about to return to the sport where he cut his teeth.
On March 24 at ONE Fight Night 8 on Prime Video, Williams will have have a Muay Thai matchup against Portugal's Rui Botelho. Both of these men are highly experienced in the ONE circle, so it is expected to be an exciting clash.
All ONE Fight Night events are broadcast live and for free in North America via Prime Video.

To help prepare him to get ready for his comeback to Muay Thai, Danial Williams returned to where it all began for him: Thailand. 'Mini T' left his home in Australia and flew to his former gym to get his mind and body ready.
In an interview with ONE Championship, he explained:
"I haven't been to my gym in Chiang Mai, the north of Thailand, for about seven years. And it's just amazing to be back because it's still around. I remember everyone, and everyone treats me like family. I'm just so grateful to be here. It's really cool, full circle."
Danial Williams on training in Thailand to get ready for Rui Botelho
'Mini T' Danial Williams has taken a long way around before returning to Muay Thai. Living in Australia and switching to MMA has made it challenging for him to train in The Art of Eight Limbs at the highest level.
Williams mapped out his career since leaving Muay Thai while speaking to ONE:
"The last time I was here, I was ending my Muay Thai career. I remember having a fight at the festival. Then I came home to Australia. I had a fight in Rebellion Muay Thai, and then I won that. And then it was another fight that was going to be in the fight books again, and then that got canceled against a top Thai. And that's when I was like, you know what, it's time to do MMA now."
The Thai-Australian striker is looking forward to returning to Muay Thai when he faces Rui Botelho later this month. He added:
"So, yeah, full circle. It's good to be back."
