American grappling star Danielle Kelly is looking forward to traveling to Thailand for her next outing inside the circle.

Being an American fighter from Philadelphia, Kelly's job will undoubtedly involve a lot more travel as her star power increases. While some might take issue with the same, the BJJ prodigy seemingly enjoys the idea of traveling around the world.

In a recent interview with SCMP MMA, Danielle Kelly said:

"Yes. I was Googling images. I don't know what Indonesia looks like, but it was very beachy. I also like beach areas. They look really pretty. But now it's going to be in Thailand, so I guess I'm going to Thailand. I'm going to be a world traveler by the end of the year."

In addition to Thailand and Indonesia, Kelly has previously stated that she is highly interested in visiting the nation of Japan. While speaking with The MMA Superfan, she said:

"I would love to compete in Japan, that’s my No.1 dream. 'Cause I’m kind of like, a nerd, so to be in Japan, I feel like that would be my biggest dream and I’ve always, as a kid, I’ve always thought Japan was really cool, especially Tokyo, Japan. It would be really cool to grapple there."

When is Danielle Kelly's next match?

Danielle Kelly is booked against the Japanese-born Judoka 'Zombie' Ayaka Miura. The submission grappling match is set for ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video. The event will go down on February 24 at the iconic Lumpinee Stadium. All the action will be broadcast live and for free on Prime Video for all Amazon subscribers across North America.

The 27-year-old American athlete is a Jiu-Jitsu standout with impressive wins over fighters such as Carla Esparza, Roxanne Modafferi, and Cynthia Calvillo, among others.

Regarding her February 24 opponent, Kelly spoke to SCMP MMA and said:

"Yeah, she has good judo chops. My opponent, she's obviously really good. She's a pretty experienced judo person. Her last three or four submissions were pretty [much] like the same thing. I think it would be an exciting match."

ONE Fight Night 7 will also feature the highly anticipated showdown between 'Wonder Boy' Fabricio Andrade and 'Hands of Stone' John Lineker for the bantamweight throne.

Plus, the ONE featherweight Muay Thai world championship will be on the line when the phenom Tawanchai PK.Saenchai battles Jamal 'Yeniceri' Yusupov.
