Third-ranked ONE Championship flyweight MMA contender and former ONE world title challenger 'The King' Danny Kingad of the Philippines says the most important thing in his career is taking on the best in the world.
Kingad competes in the world's largest martial arts organization in a stacked flyweight MMA division full of killers. Scheduled to initially return to action in Atlanta later this year, that event has since been moved to Bangkok.
This sudden change has not fazed Kingad one bit, and the 27-year-old Baguio City native says he's still very grateful to ONE Championship for the opportunity to showcase his skills on the global stage.

The two will clash at ONE 169: Malykhin vs. Reug Reug on Prime Video, which will broadcast live from the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday, November 8.

Danny Kingad on moving from Atlanta to Bangkok for his next fight: "I like fighting in the morning"
'The King' Danny Kingad says getting up early to fight is right up his alley.
The 27-year-old Lions Nation MMA co-founder says fighting in the morning in Bangkok, Thailand, is an advantage, especially since it's in front of a global audience in North America, without actually having to fly thousands of miles across the world to get there.
'The King' told Sportskeeda MMA:
"I like fighting in the morning. I’m actually fine fighting at night time or in the morning. It’s just that traveling to the US might take a toll on me, so that’s going to be different."
