Rodtang Jitmuangnon is one of the biggest stars on the ONE Championship roster. True to his in-ring moniker, 'The Iron Man' gave fans a dominant performance in January 2023 against Chinese star Jiduo Yibu in a catchweight (136.5 pounds) kickboxing bout.
The Thai megastar's iron chin and devastating power were too much to overcome for 'The Eagle of Yi' as he fell via unanimous decision in a thrilling three-round war.

Rodtang, who is the reigning ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion, is set to defend his crown at ONE 169: Atlanta on November 8 against Jacob Smith inside the State Farm Arena.
The history between Rodtang and Jacob Smith
Jacob Smith took on Rodtang in his ONE debut in May 2022 as part of the quarterfinal of the ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix. After an electric back-and-forth battle, the Jitmuangnon Gym star left the circle with his hand raised by unanimous decision.
Now the third-ranked fighter in the flyweight Muay Thai division, Smith's shot at revenge also comes with the chance of ending Rodtang's five-year reign that has seen five successful defenses.
