Daniel Cormier surprised Islam Makhachev and Umar Nurmagomedov with a custom-made UFC 311 t-shirt. Cormier's gesture evoked a one-word reaction from Demetrious Johnson.
The Dagestani fighters are known to share a close bond with the former UFC two-division champion. He presented the custom-made t-shirt with Straight Outta Dagestan branding on it inspired by the American gangsta rap group N.W.A.'s iconic album Straight Outta Compton.

Henry Cejudo shares advice for Umar Nurmagomedov for his title fight against Merab Dvalishvili at UFC 311
Merab Dvalishvili's former opponent Henry Cejudo broke down the strategy for Umar Nurmagomedov against the reigning bantamweight champion at UFC 311.
Cejudo took on Dvalishvili at UFC 298 and despite having a strong ground game, was outclassed by 'The Machine' to win the fight via a unanimous decision.
Taking to his YouTube channel, 'Triple C' earmarked some important "keys" for Nurmagomedov in his high-stakes fight against the 34-year-old Georgian champion.
"The keys for Umar is can he keep it in the center of the octagon and move laterally against a guy that’s looking for takedowns. Watch my first round and you’ll be able to see that. Two, could he use those kicks, those teeps, to fake off the bottom, to make this guy hesitate with the takedowns. Then No. 3, is Umar Nurmagomedov’s conditioning ready for ‘The Machine’ Merab Dvalishvili?."
Cejudo further added:
"I like this fight for Umar Nurmagomedov. Even though Merab did beat me, he did pick me up, but guess what? This guy is at a different level. I think we’re going to hear, ‘And new.'
