Oleksandr Usyk may have managed to get his raised even in the recently concluded rematch with Tyson Fury. However, the boxing community is currently divided over the results of the encounter.
Usyk retained his WBC, WBO, and WBA heavyweight titles with his second continuous victory over Fury. He might be even more pleased with the results this time, as all three judges scored the fight 116-112 in his favor. 'The Cat' earned a split-decision victory in the previous encounter against Fury in May this year.
Usyk's English rival looked strong during the initial half of the fight, but the Ukrainian made efficient use of his swift footwork to bridge the gap between his and rival's reaches and land several heavy strikes on his rival. An X update from Ring Magazine's official account publicized Usyk's victory over Fury in their rematch.
