'The Dream' is undefeated as a pro with a record of 31-0. He is a former undisputed lightweight champion and currently holds the WBC super lightweight title.
Meanwhile 'KingRy' is yet to get his hands on a major world title. His most credible achievement so far is claiming the WBC interim lightweight title against Luke Campbell in 2021.

Garcia holds a record of 24-1, with his lone loss coming against Gervonta Davis in April 2023.
While the matchup was originally billed as a super lightweight title bout, Garcia won't be eligible to win the belt as he missed the divisional limit of 140 pounds weight by 3.2 pounds at the weigh-ins.
According to the DraftKings Sportsbook, Haney is a -900 favorite over Garcia (+600 underdog).

Round 1:

Round 7:
After a short exchange, Garcia drops Haney with his signature left hook. As the champion tries to recover, Garcia pounces on him. Garcia gets a point deducted as he punches his opponent on the break.

Round 8:
As the round starts, Garcia is on the offensive hunting for a KO. Haney is on shaky legs. Garcia playfully taunts his opponent as he gets hit with a jab. 'KingRy' misses with a left hook.
'The Dream' seems to have recovered from the knockdown. Haney tries to land a few shots as the round comes to a close.
Round 9:
The referee warns Garcia not to turn his back to his opponent. Haney lands a left hand. The referee sends another warning for Garcia not to put his opponent in a headlock.
