Nina-Marie Daniele became the butt of a joke at the 2024 World MMA Awards. Fortunately, the social media influencer took the situation with good humor. The joke made at her expense was authored by none other than three-time UFC title challenger Chael Sonnen, who hosted the event.
The former middleweight/light heavyweight poked fun at Daniele occasionally posting revealing pictures of herself on social media. In fact, she was once a model, even posing for Playboy. So, as Sonnen revealed that she was nominated for the Personality of the Year award, he took a light jab at her.
"Also, we got a newcomer, Nina Drama, and she's up for Personality of the Year. Nina, are you out there tonight? Oh, sorry. I didn't recognize you with your clothes on."

Fortunately, the UFC content creator was unfazed by Sonnen's remark, taking it in stride by smiling it off. In fact, she shared the clip on her own X/Twitter page, captioning it with a lighthearted response.
