American rapper JID was among the celebrities who attended the star-studded Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk event. The fight took place on May 18 at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and JID performed at the event prior to the walkouts for the headliner title clash.
His Excellency Turki Alalshikh uploaded a video of the rapper's performance to his social media.
"The audience is enjoying a fantastic vibes with rapper JID during the Ring of Fire."

The 33-year-old responded to His Excellency's post by thanking him for the opportunity.
Barry Hefner reacted to the Georgia native's performance by sharing how hard the rapper had worked behind the scenes for the event.
"Is that JID opening the Tyson Fury vs. Usyk fight??... This opportunity was the results of timing, hard work, a great sophomore album #TheForeverStory, a hit record 'Surround Sound', but also and most important, always being professional and giving people you worked with in the past pleasant experiences."
Dillon Danis did not appear pleased with the performance and shared his opinion via a post on X.
"This dude in Saudi got unlimited money and got this nobody rapping right now."
Several fans also chimed in on the American rapper's performance at the Kingdom Arena on May 18.
One person claimed that JID being the sole performer before the main event walkouts would massively affect his popularity.
"JID was the sole performer before the walkouts of one of the biggest boxing matches this century. He's officially mainstream."
Another individual joked that the commentators for the event were not aware of the American rapper.
"The commentators don't know who JID is. They don't know peak."
One fan stated that JID would likely be getting a handsome amount of money for his efforts.

Fury and Usyk competed in a close affair that went the 12-round distance. In the end, the Ukrainian was crowned the undisputed heavyweight king via split decision. The three judges scored the fight 115-112, 113-114 and 114-113 in favor of 'The Cat'.
