Yes, the UFC's youngest-ever fighter Raul Rosas Jr. does have two brothers who compete in MMA.
His older brother Jessie Rosas entered the professional MMA ranks in June 2022 with a win over Eliu Trujillo at UWC Mexico 35. Last November, the 20-year-old improved his record to 2-0 with a 12-second knockout of Raymond Smith at Bear Fight FC 16.
It appears that Jessie is also aiming to pursue UFC glory, much like his younger sibling. In a 2022 interview with FULL SEND MMA, he revealed that he plans to be in the premier MMA promotion by 2023:

“Next year, there are going to be two Rosas brothers in the UFC. I’m going to go to Contender Series and get that UFC contract, and it’s going to be the Rosas brother takeover.”

The teenager's other sibling, Kevin Rosas, is also competing in MMA. He went 1-1 in the amateur ranks, but lost his professional debut to Nicholas Whitehead this past weekend at Fury FC 73.
Based on a report by GH gossip, 'El Nino Problema' has three siblings in total, two brothers and a sister.
Raul Rosas Jr. is undefeated as a professional. The 18-year-old currently holds a record of 7-0 (1-0 in the UFC). In his UFC debut, the teenager delivered an impressive first-round submission win over Jay Perrin.
Raul Rosas Jr. will not fight his brother in MMA
In the same interview, the UFC's youngest signing Raul Rosas Jr. stated that he will never fight his brother Jessie in mixed martial arts. However, that did not stop the fighter from having some fun first.
Responding to questiones about whether the duo would fight each other, Rosas Jr. responded by saying that Jessie could "get it" if he wanted it.
However, the fighter quickly took a U-turn on his statement a gave a more genuine answer, saying that he and his brother aim to make history by becoming the first brothers to become champions in the UFC:
"I mean, if he keeps talking, he's going to get it. If he wants to get it he can get it. No, I'm just kidding. No, we will never fight... Yeah, I want to see him hold the title one day. And I'm going to move up a weight class and we're going to figure it out. There's going to be two brothers in the UFC and we're going to make history [by] becoming the first brothers [to become] champions in the UFC."
While Raul Rosas Jr. will next be seen against Christian Rodriguez at UFC 287, Jessie Rosas is scheduled to take on Cesar Bañuelos at UWC 41 in February.
