Joe Rogan has no room for debate regarding flat-Earth theory. The comedian has time and time again debunked the theory on his podcast and remains critical of flat-Earth supporters.

UFC featherweight Bryce Mitchell is on the opposing side of the argument and was recently joined by middleweight contender Paulo Costa. Costa, who is known for showing his lighter side on social media, quoted a video of Mitchell ranting on Twitter.

Costa implored Mitchell to desist from arguing with the other side and asserted that they were in the right:

"Don’t discuss with them champ. We’re right!"

The video in question was uploaded by Bryce Mitchell to his Instagram account, where he called out Joe Rogan for his stance on the flat-Earth theory. Mitchell took offense at Rogan posting content that 'Thug Nasty' deemed to be anti-religious. Rogan posted a picture of former Nobel Prize nominee John Stewart Bell on Instagram.

The supposed trident in the scientist's hand incensed Mitchell and sparked a rant:

"I'm here to call out Joe Rogan for talking crap about me and my mama...The guy's holding a trident in the picture and you'll think I'm crazy for thinking this is a religious thing. He's holding a trident, a symbol of the devil. They are trying to feed you these lies to make you think that science is right. That God didn't create this universe, the big bang did."

Bryce Mitchell calls out Joe Rogan for a debate

Bryce Mitchell went on to demand a debate on the topic against Joe Rogan. Rogan has been known to invite free thinkers from all walks of life to his podcast The Joe Rogan Experience to discuss multiple ideas.

Mitchell spoke in a video posted to his Instagram about being a former atheist and his change of heart that now has him disgusted by the scientific ideas he previously believed in:

"I used to be an atheist. I used to believe all that crap from Neil DeGrasse Tyson. And I'm just so sick and tired of hearing your crap Joe, about flat earthers being stupid. Boy, I'll smoke you in a debate. I'll smoke you and there ain't nothing you can do to beat me in a debate brother. Cause you ain't got no proof."

Rogan has not yet responded to the UFC fighter and it remains to be seen if the two will be up for debate with each other.
