Donald Trump recently inquired about Bo Nickal during a conversation with Joe Rogan and laid out a specific condition for attending the UFC star’s next fight. The Republican leader made his much-anticipated guest spot on The Joe Rogan Experience on Friday, ahead of the upcoming U.S. presidential elections.
During their conversation, Rogan broached the subject of multiple assassination attempts on Trump and asked if he bore any scars on his right ear from the attack he survived during an open-air rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, in July.
The 45th U.S. President revealed that he does indeed have a gunshot wound, albeit a very small one, as the bullet merely grazed him. He humorously likened the scar to the distinctive cauliflower ears often seen on wrestlers and UFC fighters.
The discussion about cauliflower ears prompted Trump to inquire about Nickal and ask Rogan when the undefeated UFC middleweight would be stepping back into the octagon:

"You know, Bo Nickal is a great fighter. How's he gonna do? I think he's terrific... he was almost undefeated in college."
Rogan shared that Nickal is scheduled to face Paul Craig at UFC 309, which will take place on Nov. 16 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
In a lighthearted manner, the former POTUS remarked that he would only make an appearance at the event if he secures victory in the presidential election against Democratic candidate Kamala Harris, with the polls set for Nov. 5:
"Oh, that [UFC 309] is going to be after the elections, so I'll either go as president, or I'll be depressed and I won't bother going."

When Joe Rogan shared his take on Donald Trump's assassination attempt
During an episode of his podcast featuring American comedian Chad Daniels, Joe Rogan delved into the assassination attempt on Donald Trump. The seasoned UFC commentator voiced his disbelief at the numerous discrepancies in the security protocols surrounding the entire shooting incident:
"There's a guy in the prone position on a roof 150 yards away from the former president. The whole thing's nuts; the whole thing stinks of either incompetence or a design, or we're in the matrix... The whole thing is bananas. He's 20 years old, and then you find out he was in a BlackRock commercial?... Is this the Black Mirror? Is this real?"
